1. About Fresh2Fork

Fresh2Fork operates a network of smart vending kiosks that provide chef-made, organic Indian meals across select urban locations. Our platform also includes a website and future mobile application to offer information, menus, promotions, and potential ordering functionality.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services or have parental/guardian consent. By using our services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Registration

While account creation is not required to use vending kiosks, accessing certain features on our website (e.g., newsletters, offers, loyalty programs) may require registration.
You agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential. Fresh2Fork is not responsible for unauthorized use of your account.

4. Ordering & Payment

• Orders are placed directly through our kiosks.
• All transactions are processed through secure third-party payment gateways (e.g., UPI, credit/debit cards, wallets).
• Prices listed include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• All sales are final once processed. Refunds or replacements are managed only in case of machine error, product defect, or valid health safety concern.

5. Product Information

We aim to provide accurate meal descriptions, nutritional values, and ingredients. However, minor variations may occur.
You are responsible for checking ingredients and allergen warnings before purchasing. Please avoid items to which you are allergic.

6. Food Quality & Safety

All meals are prepared fresh daily in an FSSAI-certified kitchen using 80%+ organic ingredients and are stocked under a temperature-controlled cold chain system.
Meals are stored in vending units for no more than 48 hours. Items not sold are either safely discarded or donated per our sustainability practices.

7. Sustainability & Returns

We encourage users to return packaging to designated bins for recycling or deposit credit (where applicable).
Participation in our packaging return or loyalty program is optional and subject to change.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Misuse the vending machines, tamper with hardware, or damage kiosks.
• Use the platform for illegal or fraudulent activities.
• Attempt to hack, scrape, or disrupt services.
• Share offensive, harmful, or misleading content
  Violation may result in suspension or legal action.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the website and branding on kiosks, including logos, recipes, visuals, and text, is the intellectual property of Fresh2Fork.
You may not copy, modify, reproduce, or distribute any materials without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Fresh2Fork is not liable for:

• Delays or malfunctions due to network issues, power outages, or third-party errors
• Adverse reactions due to undisclosed allergies
• Loss of data or unauthorized account access
  Our total liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid for a disputed transaction.

We may modify, pause, or discontinue any part of our service or update these Terms at any time. Continued use implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
